Staff seemed friendly at first but, then found out that the pool and hot,tub were down for,part issues. Asked about
refund or low rate and was told i was given a low rate when i my two night a month ago. Never once was informed about pool area. As I sat in the lounge area many people who, checked in were upset about not being informed of the pool conditions and asked why they were not notified in advance. Owner backed tracked and had no answers for anyone. Breakfast was a joke, the hot options were all gone and i had to go up front and ask if they were going to replenish the food as the young man was playing on his phone. He acted like I was bothering him as he stated yeah, he would be there. After some time he came over and looked and asked what the problem as and I had to go over and lift the tray to show him there was no eggs, potatoes and sausages. He said ok after he already lifted the tray before asking me. He then moved slower than a turtle crossing the street. The waffle mix was completely out as well and he acted like he did not understand why we were complaining. Reading the past reviews you will see these same issues have been going on for the past year. Amenities we’re awful.
