「This is the perfect location to explore nearby attractions while still enjoying the privacy this cottage has to offer. The owner went above and beyond to make the stay as pleasant as possible. Some of my favorite features was the fire pit, corn hole, watching hummingbirds feast on nectar while I drank coffee on the porch swing, and the comfortable beds. Do not hesitate to book this property, you will not regret it!!!」

「Let me start by saying that Mr. Christmas is as down to earth as you can get, he is very personable and loves a good conversation. The house was clean from top to bottom, there was even some food in the fridge for us to help ourselves. Everything you need for a great stay, and a comfortable stay was at your fingertips. 「Was lucky enough to find this property on little notice. We were attending a family funeral near Lakeland, and this location was perfect. Enough room for everyone to spread out, and kitchen was perfect for cooking meals that we didn't have at the extended family's house. Nice, clean, and in a nice neighborhood. Close enough to the highway so that we could get to downtown Memphis and the airport in under an hour. Definitely recommend.」
