The property is in an ideal location within the fort area. The property is clean and well maintained. The breakfasts are Sri Lankan cuisine and excellent. The staff are unbelievably helpful and friendly.

Great location inside the fort walls, so close to shopping, dining and historic sites. Staff very so nice and helpful, and the breakfasts, which were different every day and were freshly made local food, are probably the best breakfasts we've had in any country when travelling overseas. Beautifully restored building with tasteful period style decor. Good a/c plus a ceiling fan

Our favourite hotel of all we have stayed in in Sri Lanka. Fantastic location in the heart of the Fort area, a beautiful room with an amazing stone bath - only surpassed by the welcome of the ladies at reception. Thank you
