「Very nice hotel with hospitable receptionist. The transport is impressive and close to Frankfurt Messe. The single room is warm even it is at the end of October of cold weather. My favorite part is the shower head of warm water coming out so quickly and it is clean everyday with nice cleaning services. 」

「Lobby was very warm, rooms are not well equipped with air conditioning or at least it does not work good enough to handle the 28C evenings. Location is great as it is just a few step from the main train station. Smoking area is put right outside of the hotel entry, forcing the health conscious majority to inhale second hand smoke when entering and leaving the hotel. The hotel should adopt a more forward mindset about smoking that affects other customers.」

「Shower stall doors have worn out. Stains and mold are visible on the wall and near the bottom of the shower stall. Location is about 200 meters from the central station but the pavements are built with bricks and stones making luggages, even with wheels difficult to pass through. The streets are noisy at night with police and ambulance sirens each night during our three-nights stay. The best point about the room is the air conditioning is great particularly Frankfurt was very hot up to 37...
