Room was absolutely spotless. Amenities are top notch and the customer service is impeccable. I love the toiletries! Everything about this hotel is just an absolute blast and this will definitely be our go to time we go to Galveston.

The room and property could use some upkeep. The hall rugs were dirty, our closet closure was hanging by a thread, just stuff like that. But it was convenient to what we needed. It was too windy and cold for the beach and other things that were there but there was easy parking underneath the building, ...

The room was great! The size, the bed and the size of shower. I'm not sure what the other rooms are like but I will recommend room 311 to anyone that stays there. The desk clerk was not always available but we were able to make due on our own. Will definitely return!
