It’s really just a dump. They’re in the middle of remodeling it but they shouldn’t be renting out the rooms until they finish with her construction work.

Booked it last minute when we were in town and was super excited to get a room with a private balcony and a view… Staff was very nice. Breakfast was hot included, eggs, sausage, waffles, and all stuff like that with coffee so yeah, great trip.

Great location, staff was courteous and friendly, housekeeping let's just say they definitely needed to take a little more time cleaning and not just change the sheets. There was no place to hang towels, balcony had a great view but was was over the dumpster area. Hotel definitely needs a little attention from maintenance.

The comfort inn and suites is an amazing hotel. Very comfortable directly across from the beach. Great location staff friendly and professional I discovered that if you are going on a cruise from Galveston- this hotel offers parking fee of $10 a day and a shuttle to and from the cruise port. Next time I am going on a cruise from Galveston port stating here and using the parking and shuttle- you will need to make your reservation directly to the hotel.

The door to the outside was damaged if the reception girl helped us get another room but they are things that must check maintenance before... In the room they changed us, the room was very dirty, so it's rather because of cleanliness that I wouldn't go back to this place.
