Unfortunately our check in experience was less than desirable. We arrived at 4:05 since check in is at 4. We then had to wait 2 hours because my already paid in full room was not ready. And then when we were finally able to get in our room there was hair on the shower wall and all the drawers were open when we walked in. The breakfast staff was exceptional but the other items would prevent me from booking here again.

The room I booked was awful . All of the carpet in the room was wet and the room was musty and mildew smelling . I had to change rooms it was so bad and my second room was less musty but still smelled mildewey and the whole room including the bedding had a light wet feeling like clothes that needed a bit longer in the dryer. Pretty much the whole facility in in disrepair . Missing trim , missing baseboards, patches in the drywall, improperly fitting doors and just worn and dirty. I don’t know how this place has the holiday inn name because it’s a dump . Will not go back

Asked for clean towels and advised the floors were buckled up and did not feel safe. People serving breakfast seemed to not care if things needed to be replaced. Was advised that I could do a early check in and then was not able to be accommodating once arrived at 2pm.. not the best stay possible and elevator shakes so bad going up or down feels as if your going to fall..

The room was as expected however there was hair on the bathroom floor, a big water bug in the cabinet by the microwave and the pool was under construction. The construction made it hard to sleep in or even enjoy our balcony view. Seeing how when we tried to sit outside to enjoy it all we could hear and see was the construction. Which the pool is one of the reasons we booked this hotel so my son could swim since it was foggy. Also I have yet to review my refund for the deposit when my room was already paid for. It has been 2 weeks, past 10 working business days.

Not bad, but not great
My stay was decent. the room was clean, but the comforter had a wet smell, also it is a noisy hotel. I could her everything; people walking, moving objects around and everyone walking the hallway and doors opening and closing. (Did not like that) so my sleep was not as relaxing.I love that I was able to watch the sunset from my balcony. The breakfast and coffee was awesome.

This property was average, if not slightly below. Everything just seemed tired/run down. The walls and railings looked like they have multiple layers of paint on them. Bathrooms were in need of updating. Even though the room was cleaned, it didnt have that clean/fresh feeling. Outlets in room barely held your cords in the plug ins. They were loose. Food was fine for breakfast!
