讚好：整潔度、設施服務和住宿狀況
We had a great time on our little mini-vacation in Galveston. This property is very convenient. It’s right across the street from the beach. You can see the beach from the little deck. There is also a nice view to one of the pools.
The host is VERY responsive to communication and will make sure your stay is good. There was a miscommunication with her cleaning service and when we arrived the place hadn’t been cleaned yet. We texted the host and she called back right away and was very apologetic, (she was surprised as well!) and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and happy. She was very friendly and helpful. And after that initial hiccup, the unit was clean and nice.
The complex itself is a bit dated. Not bad, just looks like it’s glory days are a little passed by. The pools are nice. The hot tubs were decent. Only one was working when I was there. I actually did go and check out the fitness center and I was slightly concerned about the condition of the weight equipment… but hey, who uses the gym on vacation anyway, right? The restaurant and conference center don’t look like they’ve been used in quite some time and the general appearance of the property is just kind of so-so. If you’re wanting a really fancy place, this probably won’t be the one to pick. But I would definitely consider this place a bargain and I would book here again without hesitation if I was back in Galveston! The price vs what you get ratio makes this a 5 star choice for me!
