● Beach Access: Complex is located across the street from the Gulf and Beach Access
● Community Amenities: Maravilla Condominiums- Guests have access to the complex pools throughout the year. Guests MUST wear Maravilla provided wristbands in the pool area.
● Rent BeachBox: Beach gear rentals are available! Ask us for details and rates.
● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.
● Pet Policy: 1 pet is allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.
● Parking: You can purchase your Parking Passes online at the Maravilla Galveston website and bring your receipt to the Office. Parking Passes are required to park at the Maravilla. Guests MUST have a visible & valid parking pass. Those who do not, after a warning, will be towed.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
- Wristbands must be worn at the pools at all times. They can be retrieved from the front office during office hours.
- Parking passes must be purchased and displayed in vehicles at all times. They can be purchased on the Maravilla Galveston Website or at the front office during office hours.
