This apartment is located in a secure building with codes and cctv in the common areas .



Do note you are booking a property in the heart of Eyre Square so you need to expect noises from the hustle and bustle of city centre life. If You are a very light sleeper this may not be the ideal spot for you .



The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, note the ground floors is street level. There is no elevator .
