We needed a room for the night so could visit Galway in the morning. Room was Clean and the staff was excellent throughout our stay. Breakfast was actually amazing and we were pleasantly surprised. Would recommend if you're ok with staying a bit out of the city centre. Free parking included !

The property is located in Barna, enough of a distance from Galway centre that you would have to plane your trip to avoid traffic.
The restaurant and lounge area was spacious and staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was very good.
The pier is only a short walk away and the pub kitty-corner , O’Donnely’s was a more rustic local pub that was great for chatting with locals.
The room was beautifully appointed and clean and the shower was awesome. If you are not wanting to be in downtown Galway futile this spot is fantastic.

Exceeded all expectations! So many little details met! Room was very comfortable with great mattress and bedding! Water provided at no additional charge. Car parking free. Food was EXCELLENT!!! Breakfast was gourmet and included in our booking! We also had dinner on the Blackthorn which again was fabulous and the aged prime rib, potatoes with home garlic aoli was 5 star worthy!! Way to go staff of The Twelve!

This is paradise for dogs and their owners. Dog rooms are full suites with massive king beds and a separate living room with two couches and even a free dog bed and bowls. The reception. Has a gift bag with dog toys and treats and poop bags. Dogs are even able to order off a menu in the restaurant to eat with their people. My dog is refusing to go home!

Very helpful staff in both the hotel and restaurant, and we loved the room! Also, even though we weren't traveling with a dog, the warm welcome to dogs was wonderful.

Lovely room, great breakfasts, lovely friendly staff. Nice having choice of bath or shower. Loved the hand written welcome note and Voya bathroom products. Both restaurants super and nice having the choice.
Bed not as comfy as expected but a great size. Tap & sink in the bathroom was leaking.

The folks there were just awesome! We were greeted with a handwritten note by Isabella along with a homemade treat! The location was great. The room was enormous and the bed comfy. Breakfast was a real treat! We loved being so close to the water and would definitely stay there again. It was a perfect location for our day trip to Kylemore Abbey!
