“Host accused me of having a party when there was NO PARTY!!! Two visitors dropped items. Please note they were coming from Rockville and White Marsh. They left shortly.One(1) visitor thought they heard a noise in the storage shed by the pool. It had windows. I felt my privacy may be an issue. I have rented from VRBO for years with no issues; but this was the worst. I would include photos but I've been advised to decline at this time.However, I would like to thank your claim unit for its timely……

“Very clean home in a lovely, safe neighborhood with a neighborhood playground on the same street. Sidewalks on both sides of the street and a fenced yard, plus a supply of toys and children's books made this a great place to stay for children that have just endured the discomforts of travel. I appreciate that there was a decent supply of cutlery and table settings as it was truly a comfortable stay for a large family or group. ”

“Host was responsive when we could not get in. But we found the floors very dirty all over the apt. We could not walk bare foot. We tried to sweep .Also one suggestion: mention should be made that the apt was on the third floor. We are in good shape but other seniors may not be and may not be able to navigate the stairs”

“Host was great, very helpful getting a wallet that we left bwhind to us. Well decorated and clean property. Why only 3 stars? The parking. If you get there after 4 or 5 pm, you will be parking blocks away.”
