「You will not find a more exceptional hotel in the Lauterbrunnen Valley. The Palace is stunning, with 360 degree breathtaking views in every direction. Many rooms have balconies of these stunning views. The staff is wonderful and the amenities are excellent. Both their restaurant and bar are excellent, and the rooms are clean and updated. 「酒店位於Lauterbrunnen站附近，坐火車停站前已經可以望到。走路大約5-10分鐘路程,有斜路、樓梯，但也算輕鬆。酒店職員友善，英文不錯！我的是山景房間，雪景很美。旁邊是到Mürren 的cable car ，上到去可以看到007的取景場地雪朗峰。雖然旁邊是纜車站，但噪音也不大，關了窗就沒有聲音。」

「A very convenient location and close to VISP station (Banhoff). It is a good hub for going to Zermatt and other sight seeing point. The hotel allow me an early checkin that is amazing in Europe. Thanks to that. The room is neat and tidy with a nice balcony. There is construction work nearby and the hotel provide 3M earplug for us that shows the empathy of the hotel.」

「酒店距離火車站3分鐘，隔離有超市，不過6時左右就close,附近冇餐廳選擇，只可以在酒店吃，不過都ok,酒店午餐唔算貴，酒店有露台，望見馬特雄峯，環境清幽，20分鐘有一班shuttle train 去策馬特，都幾方便，這個價錢比起住策馬特優勝，推薦」

「我們三位成人住家庭房，有一張雙人床，兩張雙人壘床，可住六人。家人房位置在大路傍，打開窗便是街道，缺乏私穩。浴室空間也有限。此外，一齊都滿意，免費泊車，早歺好味，員工服務親切。」

「We had a wonderful stay at the Alpha Hotel. The hosts are lovely and helpful. Breakfast was nice. There are two small markets in the area in case you want to grab some snacks. There is a bus stop nearby and a town where you can catch a train to Zermatt for example. There is a small play house on the property which includes a slide and some swings if you are traveling with little ones . Overall we would definitely stay here again.」
