I got double charged from expedia and the lodge, I noticed the issue, contacted expedia and they refunded me. the AC is noisy. The environment is nice, and cafeteria food is good.

Typical roadside flophouse motel, nothing unexpected there. But the rudest, most arrogant manager I have ever encountered in the all my travels. Do yourself a favor, plan ahead and stay in Gallup NM or Holbrooke AZ.

Terrible place to be. No access road, you need a 4x4 to drive through the dusty and deserted area. Far from the main road. We did not stay there but chose to get away before our RV got ruined. Never again!
