We are deeply sorry for the inconvenience. All rooms should be well equipped, especially with a tub plug. We should have gotten one from another room for you, or something so she could bathe during your long stay. We do hope you'll come back again. We won't have such issues. Had you let the Front Desk know while you were here for the 5 days, we'd have been more than happy to have you switch rooms; as we are all about guest satisfaction. Thank you for your review, Sandra. The painters are just finishing a few last touches on a couple rooms, and his job is complete. We have had all rooms painted, with holes filled in the last 2 weeks :)We hope to see you again soon!

Our sincerest apologies go to you, John. We are very sorry you didn't enjoy your stay with us. We had a hockey/volleyball Tournament that weekend, it was very busy. We are sorry about the noise, it is hard to control; especially with 20 kids running around. Someone is at the front desk at all times. I am not sure why the phone in your room wasn't working, but a physical trip to the office to make a complaint could have made it a better night for you.Again, we strongly apologize for your lack of sleep. We are working hard here to prepare such things! Half of the rooms have had holes fixed, and new paint, also brand new 58" Roku TVs in every room. We hope you'll come back for a visit!
