“Took a punt on this one as I wanted to stayed outside of BUC as I was travelling east early next norning. Nice clean modern hotel. Very friendly staff and dinner in the restaurant was excellent. So nice I returned on the way back to BUC instead of heading into the city.”

“You receive a WhatsApp with all your info on, the hotel was not manned but we got there late, but we already had our code to get in to our room, there was bottled water for you and a coffee machine in lobby, only thing I would have liked was 2 pillows but that’s not a complaint that’s just me”

“The room was freezing, they claimed there is central heating. In fact there was only an air-conditioner with the maximum temperature output at 32 degrees Celsius which the weather reported between 3c to 7c even during daytime. There was only a thin blanket provided. Some of the lighting were not working too. The environment was also very dirty, cockroaches ruining around the apartment. And inside the main entrance as well. Please take this offer out from your list. Absolutely unsatisfied which……

“I come from Hong Kong and stayed there 4 nights. Hotel is clean, good wifi and delicious breakfast. It take 15 mins from hotel to Metro . The girl name " LUMI LUMINITA " is a very nice and helpful person.”

“Overall experience was fine. The room has some water leaking from the roof, i think that came from the air conditioner, so the carpet was wet all the time. My room was on the 2nd floor, close to the street, so it's a little noisy during the day time.”
