“Room was spotless and cleaned everyday by lovely staff. Breakfast was great everyday (but on the last day had to pre-order which was strange).
Excellent location
Shared terrace with brilliant views, and the opportunity to meet up with the other guests for drinks.(bring your own)
Bar and cafe not open which was unexpected.”

“You cannot beat the location. The rooms were very basic, but were clean and felt safe. Considering the prices being charged in Tenerife at the moment, this place was worth every penny. If I was returning again and looking for bargain accommodation, I would stay here again.”

“Too inconvenient. Inconvenient place, inconvienient service. We lived here for 2nights, Since our reservations were separated, they asked us to change the room at 12pm on the second day and the housekeeper can help us to put our luggage to the new room. Although it took us too much inconvienence, on the second day 12pm nobody came to my room to helped us. So I don't want to back to this Ritz Carlton hotel again. Awful experience.”

“The hotel is spotless and staff are friendly and hardworking.
Room furniture is old style, yet perfectly functional, mattress was comfy and linen pristine. Junior suite is massve, we were told we had an upgrade however the suite we got is what we had booked.
We went AI and while the selection wasnt massive, it more than met our needs. As a vegan, there was oat and soya milk and plenty of vegetable dishes, with chickpeas or lentils on most menus. AI drinks wete fine bar closed at……
