This home away from home is stocked with all the necessities to prepare meals, play and make memories in a comfortable and inviting setting.
Make some popcorn and cuddle up with the kiddos or your special someone for a movie night. Feeling like some quiet alone time? Remedy that with your favorite show.
A short 5 min drive and you are at the lake. Bring your water toys and boats in the summer and enjoy a nice day at the lake. When you get back stop and grab a pizza or a burger and then relax for the night. You can also take advantage of the many trails and bike paths in town to get out and about.
Ideal Beach Resort (private beach) that includes swimming pools, hot tub, workout facility, basketball courts, game room, tennis courts, horseshoe pits, which can all be used free of charge during your stay. This is also a short 5 min drive away. Extra parking is available for trucks and trailers here.
In the winter make sure to pack plenty of hot chocolate to sip on while you watch your favorite show or play games with the kiddos at the table.
With so much to do in Garden City and at the lake, you'll want to book your next trip before you even leave. You will keep coming back for more and more fun.

However the noise is not noticeable inside the home. ***THIS IS NEW CONSTRUCTION AND THE YARD HAS NOT BEEN PUT IN YET***. However, there is grass areas and places to hang out at the Ideal Beach Resort that you will have access to.

Spacious, Comfortable, and Clean
This is a beautiful house with plenty of room for large gatherings. The property is new and clean. The furniture is comfortable and the rooms are decorated to make you feel at home.
I thought the house was going to be small (from the picture of the front of the house). However, it was actually very big. I loved the layout of the kitchen, dining room and living room. There was plenty of space in the bedrooms, great room, master bathroom and downstairs TV room. You can also park 6 cars in the driveway. The owners provide clean bath towels, a few beach towels, internet, etc. (their amenities section on the listing is accurate). The only problem is..........I now want a new house with this exact floor plan.
