“Exactly as described and pictured. This two-story beautifully restored home was clean, comfortable, and indeed right in the heart of the city. We walked to the historic Herdic House and the John Ryan Brewery for dinners, and walked part of the Riverwalk and Millionaire's row. We loved the high ceilings, exposed brick, beam and HVAC ducts. One thing that we didn't like (but no fault of the home nor the owner) was the loud, rowdy people outside the bar below the bedroom windows on Fri and Sat……

“We had no explicit directions about the location, couldnt get in, texted the property owner, she replied 3 hours later, 2 paper towels on the existing roll, toilet paper roll was nearly out, old k cup in the keurig, debris on the floor, the bed was awful. My husband and i sank into the middle of it. It made a retched squeking sound anytime i moved. I was not worth the pricing. The curtains were haphazardly hung. 2 total k-cups of coffee for 2 people. Not happy with this experience at all. ”

“The place was very nice, very clean, and very comfortable. Loved seeing the horses roam around. Such a peaceful spot. Communication with the host was amazing and very prompt. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again! ”

“This without question was the most unique place I have ever stayed. My trip had a tight timeline that did not allow me to take full advantage of the property. However I can assure future guest but if you're looking for something out of the ordinary this property is it. It may not be suitable for everyone particularly those who aren't familiar with what a real working barn entails. But if you want something outside the norm this is it. Pictures do not do it justice. “This site is an absolute Jem!! Was there Oct31 to Nov3. was easy to park and the Barn was amazing!! Ben the host was accommodating and very helpful. The grounds were immaculate and the fire ring and chairs made for an amazing view of the night sky!! Not far from Penn State also. Lots of cool things locally. Eagle State park was awesome. This place is a no brainier for any one who has an RV. Our 27 foot travel trailer fit with a lot of room to spare. If you like quiet this is the spot. Also just……

“New & clean, and on a lovely farm even if somewhat remote. Guests must be very nimble to access the loft sleeping area, and be ok with a firm sleeping surface & tight spaces. ”
