A very relaxing place at the lake !!

The location is very good due to short distance to the village of Gargnano ! Quiet place for relaxation ! It might sound funny but we had a lot of flys in the garden this time :) We dont know if there is a propper way to get rid of them in a natural way (no insecticedes please :)....

luxury property???

The location at the lakeside At first there are wrong informations: We were 5 senior adults and we communicated it when we rented the house. Two of the bedrooms are located in the third floor with NO bathrooms , two bathrooms are in the first floor and one even downstairs beside the kitchen! As a solution of our complaint we got a small campingtoilet in the third floor after very unpolite discussion with the management. Further the AC in the basement did not work. Once we had no electricity for hours and the management did not help us sufficient even after many telefoncontact for help. We have not been supported whether personally nor tel. So finally our expectations for a holiday in a luxury property were not satisfied . We were very disappointed and for sure we will not visit this property again.

Amazing and relaxing lakeside villa

Cool house very close to the lake. High standard of accommodation. Great place to relax and swim. Loved the SUP. Great village close by- accessible by foot in 15 minutes. Quick response by Novella when we didn’t know how to work air con. Thank you - we had a great time and didn’t want to leave. To help future guests please leave instructions for the air conditioning, the outside lights, SUP and where to locate the supermarket.
