Poor lighting, light bulb in bedroom was burnt out, broken door in bedroom bathroom, poor water pressure in bedroom bathroom, host interaction was pleasant, was difficult to clean up with no access to brooms we could find

We checked in very late because of a medical issue. They had no record of our reservation, even though I had called the day before to alert them of a late check in. It worked out okay, but definitely caused some concern. They told me they didn’t use Hotels.com… what is the problem ???
