Brand new apartment on the first floor in a residential building completely renovated in 2017.
Surrounded by a large private garden with gazebo, barbecue, table with chairs and a solarium area with deckchairs.
Beautiful views of the lake and the surrounding mountains. My accommodation is suitable for couples, families (with children) and large groups.

Apartment of about 80 square meters with all comforts:
Refrigerator with freezer, tv, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, traditional oven, microwave, wi-fi, safe, hairdryer, kitchenware for six people, kitchen utensils.
Bed linen and towels are provided as well.

Outside you can access all common areas:
Garden, gazebo, barbecue, table with granite top including chairs, sun lounger area, private parking space.

Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage und schönem Haus

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Die Vermieter sind hilfsbereit und telefonisch gut erreichbar. Supermarkt, Bäcker und Bank sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

A Gem in Garzeno

The owners Paola and Manuel were very helpful. Even came to the rescue with a dead car battery. The house is excellent and as we rented the first 2 floors it was a terrific space for all 3 siblings families to get together. Great space and gorgeous views!

The property is located about 15 minutes drive from the lake in an authentic Italian village. We had a very pleasant stay, communication with the owners was easy and the apartment was nice and clean. We recommend staying here!

Accueil parfait. Propriétaires très sympathiques. Gîte très bien, très propre et bien équipé. Rien à redire. Cependant le bruit des mobylettes et motos sans pot d'échappement en soirée est insupportable.

Unvergesslicher und erholsamer Urlaub in sehr zu empfehlender FEWO -sehr freundliche Vermieter mit Sprachkenntnissen in deutscher , englischer und französischer Sprache -die FEWO ist sehr umfangreich ausgestattet und hat keine Mängel -erholsame und ruhige Lage mit phantastischen Ausblicken auf die Bergwelt und den Comer See -bestens dort geschlafen -Bank und Lebensmittelmarkt direkt gegenüber -Restaurant in 300 m -sehr gutes Krankenhaus in Gravedona, ca. 10 km von FEWO. Musste mich dort operieren lassen -grosszügige und entgegenkommende Verlängerung der Mietzeit um 2 Tage aufgrund meiner Erkrankung -1 Minuspunkt für die Anfahrt vom See bis Garzeno braucht man für die 6 km ca. 11 Minuten. 3-4 Tornanten. Für meine Frau, die solche Strecken nicht mag, aber auch kein Problem. Ein Dankeschön nochmal für den angenehmen Aufenthalt! Wolfgang K. Im September 2019

Tolle Wohnung in ursprünglicher Umgebung

Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung ist modern, groß und sehr ansprechend eingerichtet. Direkt gegenüber befindet sich ein Lebensmittelgeschäft mit sehr freundlichen Mitarbeitern. In fussweite gibt es ein schönes und preiswertes italienisches Restaurant. Man kann vom Ort zu verschiedenen kleinen Almweilern wandern und hat eine tolle Aussicht über den See. Es hat uns sehr gefallen!

Very nice, clean place in an authentic Italian village

Everything was perfectly communicated, place very clean. Paola and Francesca were very helpful and worried to make our stay pleasant. We enjoyed our stay very much. We did some nice walks close to the village. All people in Garzeno were extraordinarily friendly and helpful (e.g. In the super market close and in the restaurant). Fully recommendable! Eine Ferienwohnung mit traumhafter Aussicht über den Dächern von Garzeno. Die Wohnung ist modern und umfangreich ausgestattet, und wird durch eine sehr schöne Außenanlage abgerundet. Die Bilder in der Anzeige sind kein Fake, sondern sind identisch mit der Realität. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett, freundlich und gut erreichbar. Es gab keinerlei Probleme. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Geräumige und saubere Komfortwohnung

Wir haben den Aufenthalt hier genossen. Endlich mussten wir nicht aus Koffern und Taschen leben, sondern hatten genug Stauraum in jedem Zimmer. Dazu war alles vorhanden, was das Leben im Urlaub erleichterte vom Fön über Spül- und Waschmaschine bis hin zur Wii! Außerdem war die Wohnung sehr sauber. Des weiteren konnte man von hier aus bequem zum Einkaufsladen, zur Bäckerei, Bank oder Post gelangen und auch eine Apotheke und eine leckere Pizzeria waren keine 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Das Beste aber war der überaus nette Kontakt zu den Vermietern, die mit deutschen, französischen und englischen Sprachkenntnissen aufwarteten. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit in Ihrer Wohnung!
