「The property was a little hard to find for us because we came up at night. But that was our own fault. Overall it was very pleasant to be able to spend the night here. I came here for my birthday night before making another long haul drive and I felt very relaxed before the long drive we took. The property manager answered my messages on here very quickly. I recommend this place to anyone! 」

「The place was ideal for myself and 4 friends. We were amazed at the view and sound of the ocean from the house. It was a comfortable house. We enjoyed the patio area every morning with our coffee. However we did have to go buy cooking oil, and salt for the kitchen but everything else we needed was available. We also bought cleaner and cleaned the scum off the bathtub and noticed dust bunnies and candy wrappers under at least one bed.Overall we loved the ocean view and location of the property....

「Best rental house on the Smith River! This was our 3rd or 4th time here and it's still our favorite rental house ever. Fully stocked with every possible thing you might need. The hosts are great and very helpful and the location is unique in that is has the best access of any rental house on the Smith River. Even my barely mobile 84 year-old mother-in-law could get down to the beach to watch us kayak and swim. My only tiny complaint is that the knives in the kitchen were almost too dull to use,...

「We really enjoyed staying at this cottage. It was within walking distance of the beach and our friends rental on Pebble Beach Lane. My only recommendation would be that the owner get screens for the front windows and bedroom window. Otherwise very happy with our stay. Owner was very responsive to my emails about the internet and TV. 」

「Wonderful stay! The one-bedroom place had everything we needed! So comfy, and secure- 5 minute walk to the beach or the grocery store!if we ever return to the Redwoods- here’s where we’ll stay!」

「My now wife and I had the pressure of staying at Gary's cabin located in the White Rock Resort. We chose this property to stay for our elopement, and we could not be happier with our decision. Cosmetically the place could be touched up in spots, however that does not take away from the absolutely gorgeous views and natural light. 「We loved the layout of the house with the master suite at one end, the bunkbed room right off the kitchen and then the other two bedrooms at the other end of house; sharing a bath – esp. the two sinks.The swing set and fire pit were marvelous….we spent our evenings outsideThere was enough sitting for everyone at dinner time and then to watch for the Oregon football game.It was excellent.」
