Huge dissatisfaction and not worth the money

Strong smell of damp at check in. Then Cockroaches, black mold, inattentive host, very old house, holes in furniture and table clothes and unusable kitchen appliances. Stairs to x2 doubles in basement (with no toilet and down a very long corridor without windows and only half tiled) are not finished and very dirty). Pool not as seen with old tiling and very old fencing around it. Pictures entirely inaccurate. Cleaning very bad. Agreed I would have 12 guests through the 3 week period & host later made this an issue. Host asked to be ready 2 hours before agreed check out time. Host said maid was house manager but then changed that. Re the black mold that grew and grew - host only wished to paint over it with white paint vs find a proper solution - a health hazard

Nous avons passé une excellente quinzaine dans cette maison. Très agréable et confortable. La piscine est très grande. L’emplacement est idéal (10 à 15 mn de toutes les plages de Pampelonne) La propriétaire ainsi que la femme de ménage sont à l’écoute et très réactives.

Ruhig und tolle Aussicht

Sehr erholsam, sehr gut und ruhig gelegen. Kurze Wege (PKW) nach Saint Tropez, Gigaro Beach, Pampelonne Beach. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Alle Schlafräume klimatisiert. Toller Pool.

Lovely house

Lovely house and so comfortable. Extra bonus to have air-con in the bedrooms. The pool no longer has the ‘tapis’ in the picture but a security ‘fence’. It did not interfere with our enjoyable two weeks though. A trim of the hedges in front of the fabulous terrace would also be a great idea to expose that gorgeous view of the sea! The housekeeper was wonderful, Mme Leloup, and so efficient. Do not hesitate to rent here. Gassin is a 12 minute walk up the hill. Merci M. et Mme Ours!

Great house with nice swimmingpool and lovely owners

We stayed in the house with 2 families and loved it. Very nice that every room has its own bathroom and airco. The house is very cosy, a large open kitchen to cook together and nice views from the terrace. There are many places where you can sit with your computer if you have work to do. Mr and Mrs Ours were very kind and were there to check us in and out, which we very much appreciated. The location is very central but you do need a car. It is close to many lovely places but it is also very quiet where the house is located. We would love to come back.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison de Mr et Mme Ours (2 semaines en août 2016) . Vue exceptionnelle ! Situation parfaite ! Une maison très agréable à vivre ,très beaux espaces et terrasse très agréable . Accueil charmant par les propriétaires . Nous recommandons vivement cette location !!!!
