Gates Hotel with Pool

"The hotel was very outdated. If I ever visit Rochester again, this would not be my hotel of choice."

"The nice suite. We only stayed ine night. The breakfast was of poor quality as are all hotel breakfasts. We always go out to eat. The staff person at check-in did not mention the breakfast nor time of breakfast. We asked to ckeckin 45 minutes early and ibformed room was not ready. Came back at 3:01, and agin ibformed room wasn't ready. After finding out I was a member all of a sudden the room was ready."

"Bug in bed, microwave broke, toilet broke twice, constant pot smell, bfast not edible, I moved to Country Inn which was great."

"Had to switch rooms because there was hair and grime in the tub. Giant wet spot on the first floor just outside the room we got moved into. Not the best but not the worst either. May not book again though."
