“Our room was clean, and the whole place seemed well kept up and clean. Of particular note was the lady who checked us in. She was very helpful. She suggested places to eat and gave us other information. We were very happy with our stay.”

The room was disgusting like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks or longer, multiple broken things in the room, the smell of the room was PUTRID. My pregnant friend had to sleep in the vehicle because of the awful conditions, after she got stuck in the bathroom because the door got stuck. I called beforehand to let them know we would be checking in late with our ETA, it took over 10 minutes to wake up the person working the front……

“The best amenity was the sound machine as the walls were quite thin! Of course we just laughed at the sounds/ noises from behind the wall of the Navigator room! You just have to have sense of humor in life!! There were several slamming doors throughout the night in the hallway making it seem like your room was being opened.The staff, breakfast were great. We really needed new towels if staying 2 days but all in all lovely atmosphere, the pergolas were a nice relaxing point same as the stunning……
