“Overall a really nice place. Very well decorated and well laid out. Great location for downtown and CMU. The only thing we had an issue with was the rental in the lower level. We weren’t aware that anyone rented down there until we arrived and read about it in the welcome binder. We were playing cards at the table in the house with our adult children and our seventy year old in laws. The downstairs renter started banging on the floor/his ceiling and shouted for us to shut up. It was not late and……

“We loved that there was a separate basement room with kitchen and bathroom for extra people. Very close to downtown and very cozy house.”

“Visited GJ and our daughter who lives locally. The home was clean and comfy and in close proximity to our daughter. Walking distance to downtown and a lovely local coffee shop. Hikes in the Mesas, bikes, and visited the mountains to take in the colorful trees. ”

“Overall experience was great. Host was very responsive, and the whole townhouse was set up like a very nice hotel. Having bathrooms in the three bedrooms was a plus and made it great for the group we had.”

For me the kitchen was outstanding! We have to eat a specific diet and the kitchen can make or break a vacation. Well stocked with cooking gear and functional appliances.
