They didn't answer questions before we arrived, they wanted us to phone them to get the entry codes but gave us the wrong phone number, then they gave us the wrong entry codes. When we told them about serious problems, they simply stopped responding to messages. They didn't reply to Vrbo staff either. Then, two days later, they contacted us and couldn't understand why we were……
