Breathtaking views and lots of activities
The property was exactly how it was explained and pictured. When renting from Ann, you get all of the amenities given to owners at the resort. The Westgate resort has enough activities on site that you could stay there for the week and not have to leave the resort, especially if you have kids. There is a shuttle that will take you all around the resort. There's an indoor water park that is free with this rental. There are 3 pools on the property, mini golf and a zip line. There's also a restaurant on site and a marketplace. As for the room, it was extremely clean. There was 1 full bath and 1 half bath, full kitchen with supplies, washer and dryer. The balcony overlooks an amazing view of the mountains. You also get a concierge with the rental and they will give you suggestions for local restaurants, activities and events, just send them a text. Locally, there are so many places to go and things to do such as Dollywood, Anakeesta, Gatlinburg, Smoky Mountain National Park, etc. you certainly won't be bored on this trip! The owner, Ann, was extremely prompt with her responses to all of my questions and we're looking forward to renting from her again in the future-highly recommend renting from her.
