This first floor, easy access, beautiful condo has two bedrooms and two bathrooms all on the main level. With plenty of space for up to 6 family members or friends this is the perfect Home Base while you explore the Great Smoky Mountains!

Please note - prior to booking there is 24 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during the entire stay and is strictly enforced. A Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.

Non-Pet Friendly Policy: This property is pet-free, NOT pet friendly. Please note if an unauthorized pet is found in the vacation home, we will ask that it be removed immediately and a non-refundable fee of $500 (sometimes up to $1,000) will be charged.

**Please note this property offers an outdoor communal.

No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay $300.00

We provide a complimentary starter set of paper products, toiletries, and linens. Additional items will be the guest’s responsibility to purchase.

The Great Outdoors

We had a great time hiking the Smoky Mountains! The condo was a roomy place for our family of four. As a family who enjoys the outdoors, we were a little disappointed by the outdoor amenities at the property. There was a large construction dumpster outside the condo that really took away from the great outdoor feeling we were seeking. While the pool was a welcome relief during our warm week stay, there was no shade available. We appreciated being further away from the hustle and bustle of the downtown area.
