Loved the cabin. It was clean & kids absolutely loved the pool table & the arcade games, I loved the hot tub 😂 Only issue we had was that the microwave didn’t work & we couldn’t get 2 tvs to work. We would stay again though!

Nice cabin but there is a mouse problem
The cabin is in a great location, loved the layout and is perfect for a family. The kids loved the pool table and the hot tub was nice.
I would recommend adding a few more items to the kitchen like knives other than steak knives, strainer and baking dishes. We did have to get creative when cooking.
The only real issue was that the cabin smelled like a dead mouse. Upon checkin we had to open the windows to try and air it out. There were mouse dropping in a couple places.
We did call the management company and the lady said “it’s just part of living in the woods” and said she would send maintenance to try and locate the mouse. We live in a rural area and understand life in the woods. Mice in the house is not something you just have to live with.
Nothing was done and we ended up having to come in each afternoon and vent the cabin and just deal with the mouse smell. It was very strong. I really hate to leave a negative review but something needs to be done about the mouse issue.
We loved everything about the 3 Bears cabin! The location was beautiful and quiet, the layout was wonderful for a multi family stay, the hot tub was the perfect size. I can’t say enough about it!!!
This property was better than expected! We had plenty of space and everything we needed. Check in was a breeze and everyone we spoke with very pleasant. We highly recommend and will definitely be back!
This is our second year in a row staying here and we love it! We were greeted by some furry, black haired, friends when we arrived, but they moved on and we had a great start! (So exciting!) We’re look forward to many more years of planning family vacations here!
We had great time in Gatlinburg. Cabin is in beautiful location! All bedrooms have very comfortable beds and separate bathrooms. Deck is gorgeous! We enjoyed mountains in fall and good weather. And pool table in the evenings. There is hottub also. But we didn't have time to use it :-(
We highly recommend this place!
It has been a rough year for my family and we decided to have a change of scenery for Christmas. We booked the Three Bears cabin in the Smokies. The cabin is in a great location with a deck where there are great views of the Smokies. Plenty of room for our family of 8. Everyone enjoyed the deck and the pool table. The hot tub was great too. It doesn’t take long to travel to Gatlinburg from this cabin. We all had a great time!
Great cabin with great views. Hot tub was hot. Loved the pool table and arcade games. Window view on both floors excellent. Would have preferred fire place not be electric but the effect was there. Comfortable beds bring your own pillow though. Not a lot of outdoor space other than hot tub area but wasn't necessary for us. Paved road Until gravel driveway. Spacious common areas. Soft couches. Rockers on outside deck. Close to downtown Gatlinburg and Ober Gatlinburg.
We were very excited to have found this cabin for the Thanksgiving break. When we first arrived to the cabin, we were amazed by the wonderful views. We were not able to do much cooking, the power on the microwave and stove side went out and we were later informed, after a few trips from maintenance before and after Thanksgiving we were told that it was more than just a breaker, so we would not have power on that wall.
The first night we had a great time, we played the games and enjoyed the pool table. Bedtime was another story, my son woke us up at 1:30am saying that he saw several mice in the kitchen and he was really scared, after telling him to come sleep in my daughters room, we started hearing them in the walls. When we woke up the next morning, the mice had eaten a few of the snacks. As I started to explore the booklet, I did not notice in the booklet explaining the cabin anything about mice. The second night, was the same thing, we had a great time in the day but the night time was horrible, my son and nephew slept down stairs on woke up at 1:30pm terrified, they heard mice in the backpack, mice under the futon and all over the room, they were too afraid to move. My Dad who was sleeping down stairs grabbed them and brought them to his room. After this second time, we all began to stuff towels under our door hoping that mice would not crawl through, the nights were absolutely horrifying. One the third morning, my Dad comes to me and says that he woke up to a knock at the door, when he answered it no one was there, as he was closing the door, he saw a monster RAT run into his room and go into the wash room. Absolutely disgusting. My family vacationed in terror, my kids were so scared at night time, to make matters worse, as we investigated, and we found a very large mouse trap that was not set, the company knew this RAT and her mice were there and did nothing about it. Very disappointed in humanity right now, I don’t understand why anyone would know about this and do nothing.

Could use some work
Property has a lot of potential but needs a lot of work. Cabinet doors are 1/4” wood that are warped and they don’t close.
When driving up to property trash visible around. Old tarps, old furniture just dumped in yard. Bathroom linoleum had a square cut out and just screwed in floor. Pool table was unlevel. Spots on ceilings from precious leak.
Hot tub was nice. It wouldn’t take a lot to make it nice but needs to be done.
Great views and nice hot tub! Many items weren’t available in the kitchen, like can opener and wine bottle opener. Otherwise an enjoyable stay.

Disappointed
While this cabin has loads of potential, there are repairs that need to be be made in order to have a worry free rental. I never want to bash anyone online, but this property needs lots of attention prior to renting to another family.
