This quaint and cozy penthouse condo "Above It All" has incredible views of downtown Gatlinburg and surrounding mountains. Literally walk to downtown or catch trolley at front of building. Leave your vehicle and walk anywhere in town. (Save on parking fees) Easy road access with no steep hills to drive.

The seasonal views from this unit are incredible. See the Fall colors, lush green of Summer, snow capped Winter mountains and beautiful night time lights of the city below!

Very comfortable dwelling with modern decor, glassed kitchen for gorgeous views, swimming pool (opened seasonally), elevator that goes straight to front door, wireless internet, cable tv, fully stocked kitchen, jacuzzi in master bathroom tub, mountain views from master bedroom king bed, walkway leading to downtown and cozy fireplace (seasonal).
This little jewel will provide you with lasting memories of a true Gatlinburg/Smoky Mountains vacation. While being walking distance to downtown and many attractions, "Above It All" is also only 5 minute drive to National Park. Pigeon Forge and Dollywood are only 15 to 20 minute drive.

Upon first seeing "All Above It" my family and I immediately fell in love and purchasing was a must. The convenience, modern look and city/mountain views are what makes this my favorite little getaway. I'm happy to share and feel you will feel the same!

Friendly getaway
It was a good time with friends. The condo was good with good location. Plenty of linens so we didn’t have to wash towels every day.

Nice condo but was not what we expected.
The condo definitely looks like the pictures with a nice view but the view is mainly in the kitchen and from where the windows are in the sun all day long the condo was HOT. It says a starter kit is left but it looked to have been used by previous guests (pre used toilet paper rolls, paper towels and Half empty hand soap) no coffee for the coffee pot ect. Towels are mix match and have a dingy feel and smell some with holes and clearly very used. Beds were standard and overall comfortable, lighting in the secondary bedroom is nonexistent there are lamps but it doesn’t make up for the lack of overhead lighting, the ac vent above the bed in that room also leaks and dripped onto our guests pillow leaving it extremely wet. The listing listed a hot tub and jacuzzi tub but there was no hottub only the tub in the master bedroom. Pool area is outside only and very basic going to 5ft the office is closed on weekends so no pool maintenance was performed the entire length of our stay. Dumpster is located in the parking lot that was convenient also baggage carts were offered at the front. It says it’s a 4 minute walk but it’s definitely longer 10-15 minutes at best to actual, there is a trolley stop but the location was literally on the side of the busy road turning into an intersection so I definitely wouldn’t recommend it with young kids. The entire place needs a DEEP clean it was filthy I took several photos of dirt and such but I can’t post them.We won’t be staying again unfortunately

Great location and best view of the mountains and city
For a family of 4 it was great it had all we needed. The area to the city made it easy to walk right to downtown. Didn’t have to move our vehicle to pay for parking, didn’t have to fight traffic in the city. Easy check in and out. The washer and dryer in the room was a great plus for us.

Great location, comfortable quite , yet close to downtown.
Great location. Clean and comfortable, quiet, yet close enough to downtown to walk. The stairs coming back up from town, were a bit rough but doable. We drove down a couple times and were able to easily find parking. Lovely views.

Great views, comfy beds and black bear sighting
Overall experience was good. On the first day of stay, I encountered a young black bear in the parking lot. The condo had a great view and comfortable bed. The kitchen area could have been a little cleaner The distance to downtown Gatlinburg was a little further than we thought for walking, especially with a younger kid, but driving to parking was easy enough. I’d recommend you take that into consideration when you plan out your stay. The nice thing is that you can take back ways to other areas by bypassing the main parkway. Check in was easy and communication with property management was great.

I rented this for a business meeting and town this week. I noticed that I had left my suit jacket and clothes in the closet. The owner was so nice and said we would take care of it right away and mail it back to me. He was accommodating and I will be back when to this location when I am back in town.

If you dont have any trouble walking, this is a perfect place to stay. Close enough but far enough also. For the price i was expecting it to be pristine but was a little worn on the cabinets and bathrooms.

Location was great and close to restaurants and places we visited. Property manager was gracious to allow us to arrive early to property since it was not occupied the day before. Cleanliness was a factor and we had to do some cleaning in kitchen and bathrooms. The washing machine was dirty and we cleaned it and ran it through a cycle with bleach before using. Towels and bedding were worn and stained so we purchased our own while we were there. Pans and oven were not cleaned. However, microwave and fridge appeared new and very clean. Could not use the ceiling fans due to the length of the pull chains. Condo was dated. However, view is exceptional from the kitchen.

We were very pleased with the communication with the owner. He made sure we were taking care of. I would recommend staying here if you are looking for a great location in Gatlinburg. The condo could use a few things like bigger end tables in the bedroom. trust me for us there was no issues but I could see others hoping for a little more
