We ourselves restored our 3 guest rooms, putting all our heart into them.
Our property of 4 hectares, is nestled in the heart of Périgord nature. Calm and relaxation are at the rendezvous.
Our welcome is familiar and warm. We like to exchange with our hosts, share simple and friendly moments.
Our 3 bedrooms are located in a part of the house, separate from our private part. They are upstairs, as well as a bathroom (to be shared with other travelers) and an independent toilet on the landing.
In common with us and possibly other travelers, the living/dining room, the terrace and the swimming pool.
You can also walk as you please in our forest. A picnic table is at your disposal in our meadow (located in the middle of the woods).
Our two largest rooms have a view of the garden and the pool. The smallest overlooks the river and the Valley road.
We provide sheets, towels and pool towels. Breakfast is included.

We live in a beautiful region, the Périgord, known for its gastronomy, its history and its architectural heritage.
Near us, you can visit the castles of Biron and Bonaguil, or the bastides of Monflanquin, Monpazier, Penne d'Agenais and Tournon d'Agenais. In Gavaudun, our village, every Sunday evening of July and August, below the medieval castle, you can blend in with the warm atmosphere of the gourmet market.
The cities of Agen (60km), Bergerac (50km), Cahors (70km) and Villeneuve sur Lot (30km), offer beautiful visits.
2.5km from us, in the village of Lacapelle-Biron, you will find a pharmacy, a grocery store, a butcher/charcuterie and a small restaurant.
You can also entertain yourself at the tree climbing located 1.5km from us (there is also a swimming pool and a mini-golf course).
The nearest train station is in Monsempron-Libos, 16km away.
Note: we have chickens and a rooster (often free). We also have a dog and 3 cats, but the floor where the rooms are is forbidden to them. It is for this reason that other animals are not allowed.
Our accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility and young children.
