  • Located in Gavilanes, at the gateway to the Sierra de Gredos Regional Park in Ávila, Paraje Navazos is a spacious country house with step-free access and spectacular views of the Sierra de Gredos. Spread over two floors, it offers a living room, fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 12 guests.



    The private outdoor area features a fenced pool (open June 1 to September 30), garden, covered terrace, barbecue, and outdoor shower—perfect for families and groups seeking a rural getaway. Amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, fans in all bedrooms and the living room, washing machine, books, and children’s toys. Cot and high chair available. Up to 4 pets are welcome.



    In the heart of the Tiétar Valley, just 1.5 hours from Madrid. Explore the Sierra de Gredos Regional Park, the picturesque Tiétar Valley, the impressive Cuevas del Águila in Arenas de San Pedro, and the charming villages of Castilla y León. Ideal for hiking, birdwatching, and enjoying nature.



    There are 4 parking spaces on the property plus free street parking. Sustainability commitment: water-saving systems and solar panels for electricity. Waste separation guidelines. No smoking allowed.
