「Spotless, recently renovated to a high standard. Situated in a quiet street, 100m from botanic gardens, 200m from tram stop (tram goes to station and old town centre. Staff in main hotel, where you check in (about 100m opposite Basilica ) stayed late to get us check in, after our flight was delayed 3 hours. Nice people, friendly and helpful. Highly recommend it」

「Todo mundo que vê o anúncio do hotéis.com 10/10, excelente, não deve ter ficado no quarto 116, sujo, com as peças do frigo bar na gaveta da cômoda(veja fotos em anexo) que quem instalou não guardou o que sobrou, gaveta suja e cheia de pó, banheiro com papel higiênico começado, o qual precisei pedir para ser trocado, sem a caixa forte que consta no anúncio, e com uma quantidade de aranhas que vc não conseguia dormir de medo de ser picado(veja fotos abaixo), internet péssima, café da manhã pago e...
