WALK THROUGH THE UNIT WITH US
The home's face features sandstone colour brick, which contrasts with the timber window surrounds. The front yard is landscaped and minimal, with parking for two cars in front of the garage door. Enter the home via the large designer timber door into a generous entrance hallway. At the front of the home you will find the Main Bedroom, a generous space supported by a large ensuite with a gorgeous free-standing bath, double vanities and walk-in shower. Further down the hall, you will find the Study and then onto the open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is a real chef delight with a large island bench with thick stone and high end 900mm cooktop and oven. The cabinetry provides a moody feel with darker wood tones, black handles and benchtop. The main lounge hosts two comfortable leather couches and a large Smart TV. The dining room sits to the side within the open-plan area and guests will be able to enjoy meals around the timber table that accommodates eight. Continuing through the hallway to the rear of the home, you will find the additional bedrooms, second living area, main bathroom and laundry.
The property comfortably accommodates 10 guests in total. Linen and towels, along with some amenities to get you started like soap, shampoo, tea and coffee, will be provided.
The Neighbourhood
The property is located on Pollen Street in the ever-growing suburb of Mount Duneed, with new facilities and shops constantly popping up in the Armstrong Creek Shopping Centre, which is a 5-minute drive away. Here you can find Coles, Tom’s Marketplace, Chemist, Hairdressers, Cafes, and Eateries, Library and fast food stops along the Surf Coast highway. Harmony Park Playground, which features a cute set of cubbie houses with slides and sand pit, is also close by, a 10-minute walk away. Another top local spot is 9-grams café, which is adjacent to Bunjils Nest Playground and Skatepark, a 25-minute walk or 8-minute drive away.
Getting Around
We would recommend bringing a vehicle to explore Geelong and the Bellarine Peninsula; however, If you are not bringing your own vehicle, there are Ubers & Taxis readily available in the area. There is public transport available via the local bus network accessible on the Surf Coast Highway, a 25-min walk from the property. Where you can catch route 45 Armstrong Creek – Waurn Ponds SC via Waurn Ponds Station or catch route 50 or 51 Geelong Station – Jan Juc via Marshall.
