“The room is small but functional. Shower is strong, breakfast is good. Reception is helpful, hotel is 5 min from metro station, reasonably convenient. ”

“Nice hotel! Vehicle parking available across the street towards the pier. Friendly staff! Breakfast was very good!! Room was clean and comfortable. I stayed on the 3rd floor. Good to know: no elevator access to upper levels; stairs only. Not a big deal imho. Nice area! Great location; close to WWII historic sites. About a 15 minute drive to the American Military Cemetery, and about a 1.5 hour drive to Mont Saint Michel to the southwest and Le Havre area to the north east. I would stay here……

“The property was like a French estate from yesteryear. Our room was huge (two bedrooms, actually) with a large, updated bathroom. The grounds were magnificent and immaculately maintained. Our hosts were fun and helpful and made our stay a pleasure. The included breakfast was well-done. If you want a quiet, but centrally located property, I can suggest this location. The only difficulty we had was a problem with the WiFi, but the other guests did not, so who knows?”

“Our stay at the Hôtel Le St Patrice was great. The hotel is within walking distance of downtown Bayeux, but separated just enough to not be chaotic. Our room (the family quad) was very clean and the beds were comfortable. This was a great jumping off point for tours of the D-Day sites and Mont Saint-Michel. The host/owner, Aileen, was charming and helpful.”

“This was a very unique experience for us and we enjoyed our stay! We stayed in the family room and paid for breakfast, which was delivered to the room by 8o’clock. It was comprised of breads, yogurt, fruit, juice, milk, and coffee. Great location to visit Omaha Beach, museums, and the American memorial.”

“#1: Google Maps failed to get us to the property every time. This is not the fault of the owners, but it is something every visitor should know. #2: check-in time is 5:00. We arrived way too early, but we were lucky that our room was already clean and ready. Our host was very nice and accommodating. The rooms were very clean, but some people might be taken aback by the old building and furnishings. It is a 100 year old castle, so we kind of expected it. The bathrooms are new, and the tub is……

“Really beautiful hotel. The rooms are nice and clean. The bathrooms are large. The restaurant on site is wonderful for a special dinner. The breakfast was very nice with many traditional French options including local cheese. I didn’t use the pool, but it was very nice. The spa has 2 nice jacuzzi’s that are large. Everything was well maintained.”

“The room was very spacious, separate to the house and despite other guests being on the farm, it was very quiet. The farm is a functional farm and the host was more than happy to show us around and tell us about its unique history. I don't usually comment on food, but the breakfast offered was amazing.”
