Hotel service is excellent. Everyone is friendly. Love the bar tender from Boracy; he’s very entertaining and the attendant from Surigao. Sorry I forgot their names. the room is clean. I like the Zumba and yoga. I only wish that the beach is swim able. We order the Kilawin from the bar as one of our appetizers. Please tell the chef not to put the hot chili pepper. Seriously so hot that we burn the roof of our mouth.

Buen hotel pero no 5 estrellas ni vale el precio
La verdad no es un mal hotel, sobre todo para estar en siargao. Pero definitivamente el precio no lo vale y definitivamente no es 5 estrellas. Las piezas son muy viejas, mal olor, la puerta del baño no cerraba, la caja de fondo no funcionó (a pesar que leí comentarios de esto mismo antes de ir), aveces no retiraban los postres, internet malísimo (aunque cuando me queje me dieron un hotspot personal que me funcionó, esto deberían hacerlo sin tener que preguntar). Los banos se áreas comunes en muy mal estado (tapados y rebalsados y el personal no hace nada) La mesa de pool estaba rota y no se podía jugar El lugar está muy bien, el restaurant esta bien aunque más caro que el promedio de siargao y no es el mejor. La piscina ok. Deberían bajar el precio o dejar de venderlo como un hotel 5 estrellas. En la semana que fui me llovió mucho, y prefería estar ahí que en un hotel más chico, ya que cuenta con masajes y piscina. Otra cosa, la única música que ponen es jack Johnson! 2 días está bien pero más de eso de verdad agota Te regalan un ron cuando llegas, aunque tuve que pedirlo porque al recepcionista se le olvido..

Tragedy during vacation
I am forever grateful for the Manager Ricardo and the staff of Siargao Bleu for helping us during our vacation when my father had medical emergency and he died. Because of their compassion, kindness and helped that Ricardo and his staff provided it made the ordeal much easier for the family to complete.

The welcoming staff were super good, excellent service but the place is not well maintained , the lobby restroom needs renovation and only one restroom was operational instead of two, the hallway lighrs were not workkng and our room air con was also not working

Great staff!
The staff was amazing! Very friendly, helpful, and caring! The resort overall wasn't the greatest. TV kept going in and out, wifi was hit or miss, one day the power went out twice. For the price point it wasn't worth it.

Airport transfer both ways are covered. Front desk answered our request quickly. Clean room. Quiet place. Ok breakfast. Beach bar staffs were on the phone the whole time when we were there the first night. Room experience was bad - the air-con was beeping the whole time for the last two night we stayed in; we can’t even rest at night. They changed our room on the check-out day after technician/ staff confirmed the air-con was broken. They agreed to extend my check-out time after I requested. Be aware of how many beers/ beverages in the mini-bar. Because they charged me for my own beer when I check-out. Rent motorbike right next door, it’s cheaper; 500 the first day, subsequently 350/day.

GREAT place to stay. Service was great! They were very helpful in organizing tours accommodated our needs. WiFi is terrible... but that is common around the island. I do think it’s a bit overpriced for the Philippines but it was enjoyable. Spa & gym are great amenities. Free bottled water & breakfast. Omelettes were delicious. The pool villa is stunning!

In my opinion, the property needs a renovation or a refurb really soon. So many maintenance problems. WiFi not working properly which is really surprising as a lot of the staff are always on their phones especially the guy in the Front Desk, I didn't get his name as he didn't really bother talking to his guests unless they're checking in or out. Which is really a shame because most of the staff are really friendly. We heard that this resort is the best in Siargao, if this is the best, then I'm really worried for the future of the island.

Skip this hotel
The hotel is very much overrated. We stayed 3 nights and very much regret staying here. Our first night we switched rooms three times as the AC didn't work and the service was very slow. We only got some help when we was able to talk to the manager as the rest of the staff simply promises to help but end up not doing it. Further the rooms are very worn down where stuff is hangin of the hinges and you get the feeling at least 50% of the furniture in the room should have been replaced years ago. We also talked to another couple who stayed at the hotel, they have booked their small villas and the door to the villa was not possible to lock, and as there were no other villas available they were placed in one of the smaller rooms. Not exactly how you want your experience to turn out. As there were so many troubles with our stay we were promised a 30% return. Although, I had to have alot of contact with them before they refunded me as they just kept promising that they would refund me but just didn't do it. It took about 4 months of constant e-mail in order to get my money back. We stayed at two other hotels in General Luna which was much better and very friendly staff, so my recommendation is to find another hotel that actually delivers a 5-star experience, because Siargao Bleu delivered a weak 3-star experience.

The hotel is very unique in a way that this was one of our worse experience in a hotel ever. We spent 3 days and 2 nights there, and had to call more than 7 times each day and night to have the hot water fixed in our room. Staff were okay but felt like they were so lax. There’s no sense of attentiveness to the guests. Food was expensive for an okay service. Wifi service sucks. Upon checkout, staff mentioned that we were good to go but we told them we owe them payment for our island hopping tour. We didn’t even hear any appreciation from the staff. The hotel and it’s staff is in need of a redo. If you are looking into this hotel, better look somewhere else. Siargao has a lot more hotels that would treat it’s guests like GUESTS.

Nice appearance, but disappointing service
Nice hotel, but very disorganized. Tried to order room service...but no menu in room. Called and asked for a menu and it had been 15 minutes and still no menu. So I called back and asked what was on the menu and ordered off of it but still asked for the menu to be delivered. They gave the menu when the food was delivered almost an hour later, with No utensils and napkins. Everything is done step by step. Didn't use the spa but the word in Siargao is that they are also very disorganized there. When we were checking out the food bill tab was added after I thought I paid for everything. They don't have everything in one system. We also asked for the shuttle to take us to the airport and the shuttle didn't leave until 45 minutes after we scheduled it. We were almost late to our flight. Other local we talked to have heard that Siargao Bleu does not have it together. We should have stayed at Kalipay hotel the whole time.

The staff was amazing. Our butler Alan took care of us. He made reservations and somehow got us into the nicest restaurants. Jay was an awesome outdoor bartender that made a mojito that was second to none. The day of Island hopping was time well spent. The on site spa was just as wonderful as the rest of the place.👍👍

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Welcome amenities were a nice touch - I was given a bottle of Siargao rum and a coconut upon arrival. The sliding door to my room and toilet did not close well. There are no sockets next to bed and the light switches are by the main door, so when you go to bed at night, you'll have to turn off the lights by the door and feel for the bed in darkness. The buffet breakfast was dismal - almost everything was finished at 9.30am. For a resort, the breakfast should be extended a bit later. The environment was nice and clean but for USD200 a night, expectations are a bit higher.

Not quite worth for price
The room was nice, although the air conditioner was broken in the room. They could not fix it so we are forced to sleep without it, leave the balcony door opened, bitten by mosquitoes a lot, though we did not get any compensation.

Arguably the best resort on Siargao
This is a very nice resort, staff are really friendly and eager to help. We stayed in a terrace level room and it was very clean, comfortable and safe. Air conditioning was good and also the water pressure. Cocktails at the beach bar are very nice and the bartenders spend time to make decorative drinks. Only feedback I would give is the resturant could try to specialize their menu and compete with the other local restaurants. We only ate one dinner and one lunch at the resort, spent the rest of our meals elsewhere.
