Alyssa at the front desk was outstanding. She was super polite and professional. The room was very clean and had a coffee maker and refridgerator. The hotel is located near SM mall and many places to eat. The buffet breakfast was also top notch. I will stay at Hotel San Marco again for sure.

The room was super clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed the soft pillows. The front desk staff was amazing!!! They were super helpful and provided us with great information. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. We truly enjoyed the breakfast. Many options from which to choose.

Excellent hotel!!! Jin at the front desk was amazing. The room was comfortable, quiet, and super clean. However, no coffee or water in the room. This is fairly standard in all hotels. They used to have coffee, creamer, water bottles, and tooth brushes. So, if you want these things, you have to bring your own or run to the store. I think they are trying to save money, but it seems like a petty thing to cut out of the rooms. Breakfast was really good with many choices.

The check in was super smooth and fast. Ms. Maki at the front desk was very professional and polite. The room was a good size with a large comfortable bed. The shower had hot water, which was a big plus for us. Breakfast was also very good with a nice variety of food choices. Best part is the location near shopping and restaurants. We will stay at this hotel in the future for sure. Overall excellent experience.

Excellent place to stay in General Santos. The young lady at the front desk named Queenie was very professional and helpful. Check-in was a breeze. The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is super peaceful, clean, quiet, and near to everything. The front desk staff do an amazing job at handling all of your hotel needs. They are professional, courteous, and go out of their way to help you. Also, the woman that work at the breakfast also do an excellent job. I will certainly stay here again. Just an all around fantastic experience.

Out dated and not clean. Bedding stained. Fixtures leaky and needs replacing. Breakfast items cold when they should be hot. Staff was very courteous and welcoming.

I really liked the location and the peacefulness. By far the best part was the staff. The front desk employees handled the check-in and check-out very quickly and courteously. The restaurant staff were also excellent. The breakfast food tasted great, but everything was super cold. The hotel truly needs to invest in buying food warmers. It is a shame to have a beautifully cooked breakfast served cold. The room was spacious and very very clean. The refrigerator and coffee pot worked great. I always stay here when visiting GenSan, but hope they correct the breakfast issue.

The photos online looked really great but in actual, it was an okay place to sleep. I felt uncomfortable sleeping on the bed. Not a soft one to lie down. But I still slept okay even my back hurts a little bit. At first, they gave us a room that the aircon was not cold. The television has no wifi. So we have to moved to another room that felt fine. They are doing what they're supposed to do to customers like us. The water bottles are limited everyday. Only one water bottle is given free for each person. The free breakfast was really really awesome 👌 👏! Delicious complete meal. Their corn soup tasted so great that I kept coming back! I liked their veggie dish, a Filipino ampalaya! Their customer service is awesome when we have to store our big luggages at their hotel and later come back to get them. We just don't want to bring those at the wedding event! They're friendly staff and full of patience. 😃
