Old building, everything you see is old. The closet door can't even close. Room is clean, size is decent, bed was okay. But you can clearly hear the voice from next door. And the wifi is like doesn't exist, you can only connect the wifi in bathroom and still super weak reception. The bathroom is suuuper small, the shower can fit 1 skinny person with standstill.

Staff was great, room was comfortable, view was wonderful.. Had to carry luggage up some stairs to the elevator. The info about the transport card was fantastic and allowed us to travel all around the city for free! Bathroom was a bit small but private and manageable. Would stay again!!!

Good location and price
The hotel location is great, very close to touristic areas, good connections with public transportation. The room was exactly what I imagined from reading other reviews. It was comfortable and it had everything that I needed. The hotel staff was very helpful, they kindly asking a few questions I had about transportation and getting around. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers.

A very old but quaint property, a little overpriced for the condition of the rooms and building. A great location overseeing the Rhone River and downtown Geneva. Buses and cable cars run right in front of the hotel. A very friendly and helpful staff.

Great location as only about 7 mins walk from the raiway station, vry close to old town and all sights walkable such as the Jet d'eau and cathedral. Would have been nice to have some aircon, yt at keast there was a kargecwinfow that fully opens and a fan

They retried my credit card details without informing me or prewarning me. Refused to acknowledge it and just havent replied to any of my emails regarding it. Wouldn't recommend.

Decent Hotel
Clean hotel in a very nice location. It is dated. It was very warm when visiting. There is no air conditioning. Definitely 2 star, would have given more if had air conditioning .

Propre mais bruyant et sans contact humain
Hotels.com dit qu'il y a parking disponible. C'est public, loin et, bien sûr, cher. L'hôtel est acceptable mais ils font tout pour ne pas avoir de contact humain. Ca marche mais il ne faut pas chercher plus qu'un lit, point. C'est un peu bruyant et c'est dommage que le volet roulant ne marche pas car la route qui traverse le pont est une axe principal pour les pompiers. En plus il y a une école de danse et musique en dessous donc on doit écouter des cours de batterie, etc.
