这个酒店是为了第二天去日内瓦机场方便选的，就在火车站旁边，非常近，位置很方便。酒店的前台和住宿不是一个门，这个酒店更像公寓，有5层，可是电梯只到4层，第二天我们走的时候电梯还坏了，我们只好提着箱子下5层，好在工作人员看到了，帮忙拿了一个箱子。我们的房间在顶楼，屋子有些热，空调不好用。本来我们在瑞士住的酒店都没有空调可是都非常凉快甚至有些冷，可是这个酒店例外。屋子倒不小，有个厨房和餐桌，可以自己做一点简单的食物。

Lift was broken so that I had to climb stairs by carrying heavy luggages. I asked for room change to lower levels but was told no such types of suite I booked in other floors which I felt difficult to believe since I do not deem myself as a special traveler. WiFi access is available namely only because you just could not connect it. Hotel manangment seems very kind but unfortunately two options provided by them just do not work. Could you imagine that a 4 star hotels provided its guests two ways for WiFi connection but in the end all failed? The only attributes matching its rating is the room charge, which should make the guests never go there again.

Great location and good kitchen facilities
Just next to the train station. Free parking. Convenient to visit around. A free travel ticket is provided for a week though I only stayed for two nights. Staff is friendly and helpful. The room is comfortable and clean. Highly recommended.

The hotel is super close to the train station and it was easy to find with its bright sign. There are also a lot of restaurant nearby the hotel. But the facilities in my room was soso, and the hotel fee was too high. I would only recommend this hotel if you will catch a train early in the morning on the following day, otherwise it is too expensive.

除了離火車站很近以外其他完全沒有優點 房間空調更本是壞的熱的要死卻跟你說ㄧ句沒辦法 開了窗 外面蟲子都飛進來 酒店也不乾凈 東西全是壞的 飯店人員只會說他們沒辦法態度又很差

For a European hotel, this was a proper king size bed which was awesome for a great sleep before a long travel day. The restaurant attached to the hotel was amazing, and it’s literally right beside the train station & gave us free tickets to the subway to get to the airport which I didn’t even know was a benefit when I booked it. The bathroom was a bit small & I found I could hear all street noise & neighbour noise so that was my only slight downgrade from “excellent” to “good” but honestly it could’ve been that I just had a random bad sleep & I didn’t bother putting in ear plugs either. Overall a very good & convenient option!

Comfortable stay, great customer service. Definitely not a 4 star hotel - very disappointed with room and facilities, flashback to the 70’s Decor but a very comfortable bed. Probably would not stay again because it’s not worth the $.

the place is very close to places we want to go. that was the good part. the bad part we have to moved to a different room after our long tour of the city. We advised the desk before leaving for our tour to kindly have someone to check the cold water in the shower, but failed to do turn over that's why issues has not been resolve. We got transfer from 4th fl to 1st floor. which is hard after our long day tour. please provide hotel email to me as we end up checking out one day early. and will request for a credit. i asked for the reception staff on e-mail but hotel e-mail on card don't work. please advise

Unbeatable location
The hotel location is amazing, you don’t even need to cross a road from the central train station. It’s within 30 seconds walk from the platform! Hotel is a bit old but the condition is nice and well maintained. Fridge and water were provided

The property is in the heart of everything and right next to the train station that causes noise. The elevator is extremely small. Safe did not work in room and when asking for help, we got none. The front desk gave us maps, transportation transfers and restaurant suggestions.

This is a great location to get anywhere in the city and beyond. It is right next to the train station. We walked everywhere we needed to go. Shops and restaurants nearby. It is an older facility with stone walls that appear to have noise issues as I could hear the next door guest on the TV and on the phone. The staff was wonderful.

The hotel was disappointing to say the least. So please don't be fooled by the 4 stars that they have as they urgently need renovations. My room had a window which you could barely close properly leading to extra noise and cold coming in (fortunately I wasn't there in winter...). The bathroom looked ancient and constantly had drops of water (at least I hope it was water) dripping from the roof. Fortunately, I just spent a night there and spent minimal time in that room. My advice: to avoid until they make major renovations.

Hotel Le Monbrillant, Geneva. 36 degrees outside. Look at the air conditionning this 4* hotel provides! Does not make sense from an environmental, efficiency, client experience, business perspective. The window is directly on the train station, so with the windows opened and the "air conditioning"...What is the mind of the direction? I left and went next hotel. Still waiting for reimbursment....
