A fantastic Hotel with an outstanding service.
We spent 3 days at Mandarin Oriental Geneva which is ideally located for a business trip and allowed us to have all our meeting within walking distance of the hotel. We have only huge compliments for the team. Arrived early, they not only managed to give us an early check-in but also upgraded us from a river view suite to a beautiful corner suite. The whole stay was amazing and I have to say that the service is truly outstanding. The only minor issue was for me the restaurants, which are not up to the level of Mandarin Oriental Hotel itself. But I have to say it is a question of taste really, and the restaurants are very successful so I will not judge. The hotel itself is truly one of the best I have been to (and I travel a lot in many beautiful places).

As good as it gets
The Mandarin Oriental hotel in Geneva did not dissapoint in anyway. It is a class act hotel with the right amount of focus on the guest and the service - it is not “too much” and definately not “too little” - it is just perfect and hit bulls-eye. Location-wise it is in walking distance to the old town and other tourist attractions. A warm recommendation to the entire team and Giuseppe.

Its just fine, service not consistent with 5 star hotel. At MO Bar waiter poured the beer all over one of us and our stuff. They didnt change plates, the table or anything. Clothes and our bags were also drenched. Rooms are pretty and clean and location is very good.

Disappointed for price; watch out for "free" night
Our room did not have a tub and the shower showed signs of use that made it look dirty and unappealing. Room service was excessively priced even for overpriced room service food. Due to a train strike in France, we were forced to leave earlier than expected. Obviously, this is not the responsibility of the property but was not able to have our 3rd night refunded because it was the "free" night. There is no way this room was worth the nightly rate we paid for the first two nights -- the "free" night was the only way this hotel would have been fairly priced.
