"The Beach Hive" unit 1; lower-level apartment on the Lake

This apartment unit is a one-bedroom, lower-level rental. It is at the south end of the complex but still very close to lake!
This unit has all newer furniture and appliances. There are adjoining locked doors to this unit and the unit above/next to it that stay locked, unless unlocked by the tenant (just like a hotel)
The one bedroom/living room has a queen bed and a fold out futon and can sleep a total of 3 people. All bed linens, pillows and comforters provided for the number of people in the reservation.
There is one bathroom with standup shower. We supply two rolls of toilet paper and hand soap. We do not supply bath linens.
The fully functional kitchen is equipped with all basic appliances, cook wear, utensils, cups and dishes. We supply kitchen towel and cloth, dish soap, one roll of paper towels and two trash bags.
The living room has a 48" TV with satellite and free Wi-Fi.
There is a large, shared picnic area with your designated charcoal grill, fire pit marked with a 1, and picnic table. We do no supply char coal or firewood but feel free to use any supplies left behind by renters from your unit.
Parking for 1 car is located on the south side for the building next to but not blocking the dumpster. Any additional parking is across the parking lot near the picnic area.
This property is roughly 1/2 mile from GOTL strip.
