"Our first room was in 1st floor opposite to the elevator which had no view. Air con was broken on 2nd night so we had to move to another room , which was in inner wing. Elevator was out of order and waiting for maintenance without an estimated date. The 2nd room was much better."

Definitely recommend
"It’s a very comfortable stay. The room is clean, the bed and pillows are great, shower and toilet are great as well. Location is very good, just a few minutes walk to the Cathedral, and walkable distance / three tram stations to Strasbourg train station."

"Have noise pollution as it is near the railway . Truck collecting rubbish started working around 5 am which woke me up. This residence is not suitable to live in summer as it does have air conditioner,it only has fan. You can’t close the window to stop all sorts of noise as you need to have fresh ..."
