Welcome to our apartment "BLACK FOREST" in the beautiful Gengenbach.

The apartment can accommodate max. 4 persons plus 1 toddler (0-4 years). The apartment is located on the outskirts of Gengenbach, next to a forest and a lake, near the B33. Until the center of the old town Gengenbach and the swimming pool is about 15 minutes.

In just 15 minutes you can also reach the Schneckenmatt, a child-friendly park, with many animals. Next door is also a miniature golf course. The train station (stop Gengenbach) is only about 10 minutes walk from the house. From here you can take trips to nearby Alsace, for example. to Strasbourg, to the spa town of Baden-Baden, to the largest amusement parks in Germany, to the Europa-Park in Rust, to Basel (Switzerland) or to the fan city of Karlsruhe.

The journey to the airport "Baden Airport" is about 35 minutes. The hiking trails around Gengenbach are very well signposted. Here you can visit the Raiders Hotzenplotz path in Strohbach-Gengenbach, which is characterized by many activity stations and viewpoints, which give a beautiful view over Gengenbach. Likewise, it makes sense to walk on the Korneben eam edge of the Moosgebirge.

In winter, you can experience the largest Advent calendar in the world at the Town Hall of the Old Town Gengenbach or explore in the highlands of the Black Forest High Road ski alpine and cross-country skiing.
