「Sehr gutes Essen und sehr freundliche Familie 」

「Entiendo que es un error por parte de Expedía. No hubo alojamiento en este hotel porque al presentarme allí el encargado me indicó que están en obras, cuestión que pude comprobar, y no admitían huéspedes. Incluso me pregunto si Expedía me había cobrado el cargo por la habitación!!! Cosa que así fue. Inmediatamente trate de ponerme en contacto con personal de Expedía sin conseguirlo (ni asistente virtual y en persona). Mantuve unos mensajes de chat vía web sin éxito en poder hablar con alguna...

「The location was very good. The breakfast was good and we also had dinner at the restaurant which had good service and good quality food. The hotel claims self parking which is correct but it is around 1km away and in a public car park. The worst aspect of this hotel was the service provided, and the attitude of the lady who was on reception when checking in and out of the hotel. 」

「 Rooms very looking very nice and beds were comfortable Breakfast selection was sufficient and bread was fresh staff was very friendly and helpful - Spa was NOT free (15 euros per person for 2 hours), although on the booking page it says it is included. For external people, the spa costs 28 euros for 4 hours.. So even cheaper than when you are staying in the hotel? - If you want to visit Strasbourg we would recommend choosing something a bit more central 」
