“This condo was perfect for our stay at Lake Como. The condo was equipped with everything we needed to make our stay more enjoyable. The host, Lori, was very responsive to our questions. We got a notice from the condo association that they would be doing work on the roof in the unit we were staying in, Lori was upset by the work because it was loud and slightly disrupted our vacation. Without us asking, Lori gave us a partial night refund for the inconvenience. We appreciated this immensely and……
