This property was as advertised, the services and amenities were as described, there were no issues at all with the property. It is situated in a quiet, pleasant neighbourhood, in reasonable proximity to the historic and cultural heart of Genoa. However prospective guests need to keep in mind that the property is situated high up on a hill so those with some mobility limitations may want to consider a location in the flatter part of the city. We needed to make a lot of use of taxis because of this

We enjoyed our stay in Genoa. Silvia the host was very helpful; she communicated well. We had everything we needed for the two nights that we stayed in the area. We were there in July. There was no A/C but we were comfortable opening the windows which provided a cool, steady breeze. The apartment was fully furnished with all of the amenities that we needed and there were two fans to help circulate the air-flow. We also enjoyed the character and nostalgia of the lift. The apartment was on the fifth floor, but it was very easy to access. The building had a lot of character to it. We were able to navigate easily by using the buses, taxes, and accessing the funicular, which was just steps away.

Ho trascorso un soggiorno tranquillo, in una casa che parlava dei proprietari, dei loro viaggi, calore, tanta luce e silenziosa. Posizione spettacolare per la vista e la vicinanza al centro ma anche al Porto Vecchio. Spero di tornarci presto!!!

Vrai Airb’b dans un appartement où les propriétaires résident ( absents lors de notre séjour) calme et lumineux, à quelques pas du centre. Le retour par la montée piétonne un peu raide peut être ardu pour seniors mais possibilité de prendre le funiculaire puis de redescendre.

Die Wohnung liegt hoch über der Zahnradbahn von St. Anna, aber dennoch nicht weit von der Altstadt und den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Wir haben alles zu Fuß gut erreicht, wir sind mal den steilen Berg zur Wohnung hinaufgestiegen, manchmal mit der Bahn hochgefahren und das letzte Stück runtergelaufen. Man hat einen tollen Ausblick aus dem Wohnzimmer oder vom kleinen Balkon, dennoch ist es sehr ruhig, ein aufgeräumtes, nettes Stadtviertel. Das sehr gut ausgestattete und gemütliche Appartement selbst schien uns etwas kleiner und enger als die Bilder wirkten, dennoch haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Bett ist nur eine Schlafcouch für 2 Personen und daher etwas hart. Die Kommunikation mit der freundlichen Vermieterin hat gut geklappt, wir haben auch viele gute Tipps bekommen.

Le mail d'accueil envoyé par nos hôtes est complet et multilingue (It, Eng, Fr), très bonne communication avec eux. L'appartement est assez spacieux, le lit est confortable et les lieux sont calmes et plaisants, la vue est agréable. On accède rapidement au centre ville qui se parcourt aisément à pieds. Seul bemol, l'isolation thermique (appartement chaud en journée, bien fermer les volets) et les mouettes qui se soucient peu de la tranquilité d'autrui!

The apartment is well equiped, on the fifth floor (elevator) and situated on a hill, so you have a great view from the balcony over the citry center and the sea in the background. The apartment is clean, has two good sofabeds and a well equiped kitchen. It has an international atmosphere.

Piso confortable y la atención de Silvia, la propietaria, muy atenta en todo momento.

La casa si trova a ridosso della zona centrale dalla citta, a circa 10 minuti a piedi da piazza De Ferrari, 15 minuti dal porto antico. Non è agevolissima la salita Sant'Anna, ma vi porta subito in centro. Se siete stanchi, al ritorno prendete il 36 e scendete alla fermata Magenta2, da lì a scendere alla casa ci vorranno pochi minuti. La struttura non è recente ma è molto spaziosa, luminosa e fornita di ogni attrezzatura. Situata in un palazzo molto tranquillo a ridosso della funicolare. Silvia è stata molto precisa nelle indicazioni e disponibile nei nostri confronti.

Silvia's communications were brilliant. The apartment was indeed "charming" with such interesting artefacts from their travels. Very well equipped and in an ideal location for sightseeing in Genoa. From the balcony you overlook the Saint Anna furnicular but we were never aware of any noise. For those less mobile, there are many hills in Genoa and many steps up to the apartment, but manageable and well worth the effort. A very nice restaurant Le Rune is at the bottom of the steps from the apartment and the staff were very welcoming and the food was lovely. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Genoa. Thanks Silvia's and Michele.

séjour fantastique.....l'appartement est à la hauteur des attentes. silvia a toujours répondu à toutes nos attentes.......nous n'avons pas pu rencontrer silvia physiquement.....tous les détails ...instructions....et tous nos échanges par internet.... whatsapps et téléphone ...ont permis de passer un séjour fantastique et en tout sérénité. toujours disponible quelque soit l'heure pour répondre à nos messages et questions. merci silvia
