Nice place to stay and friendly staff

Not far away from train station, and not difficult to find. The location is nice, close to the port, The neighborhood looks a little bit scary but I didn't see any thing bad happen. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is clean. Internet and air condition are working good. Breakfast is nice. The only thing is that the hot water in bathroom is not working very well.

En general todo bien. Te guardan las maletas durante el día si tu tren o avión sale a última hora y así puedes disfrutar mejor tu estancia en Génova. Cercano a Porto Antico. Nos dieron información y plano acerca de los lugares turísticos de Génova.

La posizione e’ ottima ,tre minuti a piedi dall’acquario e dal centro. Staff cordiale e a disposizione. Ambiente poco curato,odore di fumo ,stanze non proprio pulitissime,soprattutto il bagno.

Hotel adecuado para pasar la noche luego de un día de paseo. Está a 8 minutos caminando de la terminal de tren Piazza Principe. La ventana daba a una calle corredor muy angosta y oscura, por lo que no tenía luz natural ni mucho aire. Se deben subir escaleras para llegar a las habitaciones (tener en cuenta si es alguien mayor). No pudimos conectarnos al wifi ya que supuestamente había que iniciar sesión pero el cel no nos lo solicitaba. Cómo bien dice es dos estrellas.

Abbiamo soggiornato presso questa struttura nel pieno centro storico di Genova per solo una notte. C'è molto margine di miglioramento nei comfort, ma la struttura profuma di pulito. Camera un po' rumorosa. La gentilezza del receptionist è da 10 e lode. Consigliato per soggiorni brevi.

Genoa on a budget and very happy

Close to many aspects of Genoa from harbour, old port, busy road. Parking underground was expensive. The hotel is simple we didn’t pay a lot so we were not expecting luxury and we had a comfy bed. Lovely service What more could we want.

Staff very friendly and helpful. We were able to store our luggage there prior to room being ready; very helpful as we were traveling on a motorcycle. WiFi was through a service that required giving your email address and phone number and resulted in getting advertising emails and texts; so late it was answered as "free" WiFi, the price is to have your email and phone number available to solicitors. The neighborhood allowed us to experience the diverse ethnic groups of Genoa which I appreciated.

Vicino al mare, a due passi dalla stazione. Albergo piccolo ma accogliente, pulito, silenzioso e ordinato. Unica pecca, il mancato funzionamento del bar... ma pochi metri c'è il bar per fare colazione. Ottimo punto di appoggio per un breve soggiorno a Genova!

Personale molto gentile e disponibile

Hotel comodo per chi vuole girare Genova a piedi, a pochi passi dal porto vecchio e l'acquario ma allo tempo si raggiunge velocemente il duomo e il centro. Il personale è molto gentile e sempre disponibile anche per qualche consiglio di visita. Se vogliamo dire una pecca potrebbero essere i materassi a molle troppo flosci e peccato che non sia compresa la colazione.

Took a day to get the A/C working then it was great. Bathtub is a Jacuzzi type without a curtain so shower wand can spray all over and tub and floor tiles are slippery when wet. Tub Caulking is the worst I've even seen but clean. Small/Limited Hot Water Tank in room. Curtains needed washing.

do NOT stay here

This hotel placed literally on the freeway, in a fishy neighborhood. If you want to sleep, don't come here. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Mostly because of the owner. When I tried to complaint about a few things (room temperature, noise, transfer), he literally asked me to leave the hotel, numerous times, and told me he is gonna call the police on us. There was no argument involved. When I told him my problems, he started with that, that he wants us to leave the hotel. That's what I call hospitality... Also, they offer an airport shuttle on the page. When I tried to book it, he wrote me I can use a public bus, and the taxi. That's what they recommend as an airport shuttle. Also, don't expect to speak English in this country. Noone does it. And they don't care, if they don't understand you, or they can't help you.

Clean room, unclean neighbourhood

The owner was very friendly and helpful and the room was clean. Although the location is very close to the aquarium, the neighbourhood is not the best, not tourist friendly and not the most comfortable. If you have a room facing the port, expect a lot of traffic noise all through the night. We had it changed the second night and was better, but both room types are quite dark and have views of the next building.

Hotellet ligger i ett alldeles för skumt område för tre stycken 18-åriga backpackers och rekommenderar därför inte andra att bo där. "Utsikt över innergården" var utsikt över en trång gränd som verkade mer vara ett knarkkvarter.

It was only a room to sleep

Bit disappointed we thought this hotel had food. Everything was clean. Very quite close to everything. Staff and I think the Owner was all very nice.

Would stay again

Nice clean hotel. Perfect for staying only a few nights. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Only a 10-15min walk to everything we wanted to see.
