「Staff unresponsive with messages when there was an issue with the booking, unhelpful and zero communication when I was supposed to arrive in 24hrs was told it would take 72hrs for a response, was then told they would organise a refund but 15 days later this money has still not been sent. 」

「The house was even more beautiful than in the photos – it felt like a movie set, full of charm and character. It had everything we needed, with thoughtful details that made us feel very comfortable. Being a stone house on a hill, even on hot days we could sleep well with just the fan, without opening windows. On the first day we left one open and had a couple of insect visitors, but after that no issues at all. There are also plenty of insect repellents provided, which shows how well-prepared...

「Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und haben uns insgesamt sehr wohlgefühlt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die tolle Aussicht – wirklich ein Highlight der Unterkunft! Auch der Check-in verlief völlig unkompliziert und die Anbindung war sehr gut, sodass man alles bequem erreichen konnte.
Das Personal war ebenfalls sehr freundlich. Ein großes Dankeschön besonders an die liebe Monika, die uns alles super erklärt hat und sehr herzlich war.
